Outback Global Enterprises and Quantum Minds Connect were born from a shared vision to create a world where neurodivergence is celebrated and families are empowered to thrive. Our journey began with the unique experiences that shaped us; stories of resilience, growth, and a commitment to creating meaningful change.
Sara’s story began in Iran, shaped by the weight of intergenerational trauma and cultural expectations. Migrating to Australia as a young girl, she found herself caught between two worlds, navigating challenges of a new language and culture. Along the way, she experienced racism, bullying, and moments of deep isolation and disconnection. But those experiences became her turning point.
Determined not to let pain define her, Sara committed to her own healing, immersing herself in personal growth experiences such as meditation, breathwork, mindset work, and physical training. This journey not only helped her transform but revealed her purpose: to help others find their way back to themselves. She went on to study psychology, earning an Honours degree, and has worked extensively in the NDIS space as a support worker, behaviour therapist, and behaviour practitioner —supporting neurodivergent children, families and adults navigating the challenges that can arise from various diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, bipolar and schizophrenia.
Because she knows what it feels like to be different and misunderstood, Sara brings not just knowledge, but deep empathy and presence. Her life’s work is about creating spaces where every child and parent feels seen, supported, and empowered, and she continues to walk her own path of growth while helping others do the same.
Shaun’s journey has been one of challenge, discovery, and radical self-leadership. Born with a physical disability (Erb’s Palsy), he grew up navigating a world that often saw his differences before his strengths. School brought bullying. Home brought trauma, including the impact of a loved one’s mental health struggles. And life brought losses that shook his foundations. As he got older, Shaun was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia; later misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder.
It wasn’t until he began exploring his own brain through neurological scans that he discovered his mind wasn’t “broken”, it was hyper-rhythmic. Intense, fast, sensitive… but also powerful, once understood. That moment changed everything. Instead of fighting against his neurodivergence, Shaun began to work with it. Through breathwork, fasting, movement, functional nutrition, and meditation, he rebuilt his mind and body from the inside out. No pills. No labels.
Just deep work - and a deep desire to share what he learned with others. Along the way, he trained extensively in quantum neuroscience, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Timeline Therapy®, becoming a certified Quantum Coach.
He now blends these tools with lived experience, spiritual practice, and a career that’s spanned industries like banking, defence, mining, telecommunications, education, and elite sports coaching. Today, Shaun is passionate about helping others reframe the way they see themselves, break cycles, reclaim their power, and come home to who they truly are, especially those who’ve been labelled, misunderstood, or told to shrink who they are. He believes every challenge holds potential, and every person deserves the chance to remember their true power.

Together, we bring our lived experiences, professional training, and deep care for others into everything we do.
